MedCentres is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join the team at our Gold Coast clinics in Pacific Pines and Robina. You will be the friendly face greeting patients and handling appointments, billing, and records with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate patient records using Best Practice software.
• Manage incoming correspondence and referrals.
• Support doctors and clinical team with day-to-day administration.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the busy practice.

About the Role

As the face of our practice, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for every patient who walks through our doors. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and able to think on your feet.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing appointments and multiple doctor diaries
• Answering a high volume of telephone enquiries
• Processing Medicare, EFTPOS and billing transactions
• Maintaining accurate patient records using Best Practice software
• Managing incoming correspondence and referrals
• Supporting our doctors and clinical team with day-to-day administration
• Contributing to the smooth running of our busy practice

About You
