Mid North Coast ENT Surgery is seeking a capable medical receptionist to join our clinic. You will manage appointments, referrals and surgical bookings while coordinating with private hospitals and handling billing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Warm and highly organised candidate with proactive, reliable work ethic.
• Ability to prioritise in a busy specialist environment.
• Experience in medical reception, surgical bookings or medical billing preferred.
• ENT experience advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with Gentu or Xestro advantageous but not required.
