Key responsibilities

Daily medical administrative tasks

Manage high volume of multidisciplinary tasks in a dynamic and evolving environment

Taking phone calls, responding to emails and booking appointments

Billing and invoicing

Ability to be adaptable and willing to learn, and remain positive and driven at all times

Assist in the general housekeeping of the clinic and at times assist the practice manager with outstanding tasks
