Ferny Grove Family Practice is a proudly owner-operated clinic located 11 km from Brisbane's CBD, seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly, close-knit team. This role offers a minimum of 20 hours per week with additional hours to cover leave and a supportive work environment.

You will handle front desk reception, appointment scheduling, and billing (Medicare, WorkCover, and private billing) while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for

Ferny Grove Family Practice is seeking a Receptionist to join our warm and close-knit team, working minimum 20 hours per week, with additional hours available to cover staff leave. We are a proudly owner-operated family practice located just 11 km from Brisbane's CBD, committed to delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive workplace where our team genuinely thrives. You'll never work alone — we always roster two to three receptionists at a time, so you'll have support by your side every day.
