CoreVue Radiology & HeartCare in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Referrer Engagement Manager to nurture relationships with healthcare providers who refer patients to our radiology services. You will educate referrers, manage opportunities, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve queries. The role emphasizes proactive engagement and detailed record-keeping to improve service delivery.

CoreVue Radiology & HeartCare is seeking a talented Referrer Engagement Manager to join our team in Kew, Victoria. This part-time role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers who refer patients to our radiology services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our referrers.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with existing referrers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Identify new referral opportunities and actively build relationships with prospective referrers
• Provide education and training to referrers on our services, processes and latest developments
• Collaborate with the clinical and operational teams to resolve any referrer queries or concerns
• Gather valuable feedback from referrers to help improve our services and processes
• Maintain detailed records of all referrer interactions and activities
• Support the development and implementation of referrer engagement strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of the referral process and regulatory requirements in the medical industry
• Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to track and report on referrer engagement
