Toowoomba Medical Imaging is seeking an enthusiastic Client Liaison Officer to promote our imaging services and build relationships with GPs, specialists and healthcare professionals across Toowoomba. • Build and maintain relationships with GPs, specialists, medical practices and other referrers.
• Promote radiology services across three sites in Toowoomba.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support referral growth.
• Conduct regular practice visits and meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Develop strategies to increase awareness of our services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes.
• Gather feedback from referrers and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Represent the clinic professionally at networking events and community activities.

We are looking for exceptional Client Liaison Officer to join our team.

Our practice provides a complete network of imaging services and specialist care and is run by medical imaging experts and is ideally positioned to provide specialist services and outstanding care to the local community.

About the Role

As our Client Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our services, developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with general practices, specialists and other healthcare professionals.

You will be the face of our organisation in the community, ensuring referrers understand our services and experience a high level of support and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialists, medical practices and other referrers.
• Proactively promote our radiology services across our three sites in Toowoomba.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support referral growth.
• Conduct regular practice visits, meetings and follow-ups with healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of our services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities and outcomes.
• Gather feedback from referrers and work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Represent our clinic professionally at networking events and community activities.
• Work closely with management and clinic teams to achieve business development and referral targets.

About You

We are looking for someone who is personable, proactive and passionate about building lasting professional relationships.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience in sales, business development, account management or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence engaging with medical professionals and building new business relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule.
• A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving growth targets.
• A professional, positive and customer-focused attitude.
• A current driver's licence and the ability to travel between our three radiology sites and visit local practices.
• Experience in healthcare, medical sales or the diagnostic imaging industry will be highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable sales and relationship-building skills.
