You will educate referrers, manage opportunities, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to resolve queries. The role emphasizes proactive engagement and detailed record-keeping to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trusting relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Understanding of the referral process and regulatory requirements in medical industry.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with existing referrers to understand needs and provide excellent service.
• Identify new referral opportunities and build relationships with prospective referrers.
• Provide education and training to referrers on services, processes and developments.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve referrer queries or concerns.
• Gather feedback from referrers to improve services and processes.
• Maintain detailed records of referrer interactions and activities.
• Support development and implementation of referrer engagement strategies.
