Job summary

Sunshine Coast Radiology, part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX Group), invites applications for a Referrer Relationship Specialist to cover the Sunshine Coast territory. You will build enduring partnerships with GPs, allied health professionals and practices, driving referral growth and increasing utilisation of imaging services across the region.

You’ll report to the Queensland Business Relationships Manager, manage your own schedule, and deliver initiatives that strengthen our local presence

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with teams.
• Current Driver’s Licence and valid vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare referrers across your territory
• Increase awareness and utilisation of Sunshine Coast Radiology services
• Identify new business opportunities and support referral growth
• Coordinate educational events, practice visits, networking opportunities, and promotional activities
• Implement local marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Analyse market activity, competitor trends, and growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate referrer records and reporting through CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with operational, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional referrer experience

About the Opportunity

About You

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting professional relationships.

You may come from healthcare, radiology, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, business development, account management, or a customer-focused sales and marketing background.

You’ll bring:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and business stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Experience in healthcare, radiology, medical terminology, CRM systems, or referral management will be highly regarded but is not essential.
