Job summary

Noosa Auto Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a highly motivated full-time Service Advisor for our Mazda & Hyundai site. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers, assist with enquiries and bookings, provide service quotes, and invoice completed repairs.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive and positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Basic IT skills and automotive knowledge are preferred to support customer interactions and

Noosa Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated full time Service Advisor to join our service team at our Mazda & Hyundai Site. Noosa Auto Group is a long-established family-owned business on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, we have the need to expand the service department. We are seeking a highly motivated full time Service Advisor to join our team.

The role will Include:

Developing and maintaining relationships with customers

Assisting customers with enquiries and bookings

Providing quotes for vehicle services and repair's

Invoicing of completed repairs

Maintaining accurate customer information

Ensuring all policies and procedures are always followed.
