Total Resource Solutions is seeking a Master Scheduler to join a major financial services transformation program in Sydney. You will own the integrated master schedule, coordinate with Project and Program Managers, and provide visibility on milestones, dependencies and delivery risks across complex portfolios.

This 12-month contract with potential extensions offers Sydney CBD / WFH flexibility and a daily rate of 800 AUD inc super, with negotiable terms based on experience.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience as a Master Scheduler in large, complex programs.
• Strong experience in banking/financial services environments.
• Advanced MS Project and JIRA capability.
• Understanding of end-to-end project and program delivery lifecycles.
• Experience with critical path analysis, dependencies and schedule risk.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical capability.
• Confluence and MS Office proficiency.
• Enterprise PMO experience is highly regarded.
• Experience in custody, securities or funds management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed integrated master schedules across complex programs of work.
• Partner with Project and Program Managers to manage schedules, milestones and delivery plans.
• Monitor critical paths, late and upcoming tasks, resource utilisation and schedule risk.
• Maintain schedule integrity by coordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide progress reporting, forecasting and management information to senior stakeholders.
• Identify, map and track dependencies across projects.
• Support teams in identifying delivery challenges and schedule impacts.
• Establish scheduling controls and governance to improve delivery.
• Support financial and resource tracking through the master schedule where required.
