Job summary

Join Bupa as a Master Scheduler and help shape the program outlook across health services. You will own and maintain the integrated master schedule, consolidating multiple workstreams into a reliable view of milestones and timelines.

Reporting to the Senior Program and Change Manager, you will analyse critical paths, manage dependencies and provide regular governance updates to senior leaders. This 6-month FTC role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, and involves close collaboration with project

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in program or project scheduling within large, complex or regulated environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional and schedule modelling.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication with senior leaders.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs with fixed deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and maintain the integrated master schedule using MS Project Professional.
• Consolidate schedules across multiple workstreams for a single view of progress.
• Identify critical paths, risks and delays; suggest mitigations.
• Prepare schedule reports and governance updates for leadership.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders to validate progress and dependencies.
• Perform scenario analysis and impact assessments to support planning decisions.
• Ensure scheduling practices align with program changes and delivery requirements.
