Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking 2 Master Schedulers to support a large Federal Government organisation delivering major technology programs. Hybrid working, preferred locations Melbourne, Canberra, or Sydney.

You will develop and maintain integrated master schedules and WBS, manage dependencies across delivery teams and vendors, and provide schedule and governance reporting to forums, with focus on clarity and alignment with delivery plans.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on scheduling experience on complex enterprise IT programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Project Professional skills.
• Proven dependency management (identifying, tracking, resolving cross-stream dependencies).
• Experience integrating schedules from multiple teams and/or external delivery partners into a single master schedule.
• Solid governance reporting capability (milestones, critical path, variances, RAID inputs) for senior forums.
• Ability to support financial tracking/reporting aligned to delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration/reporting tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) and ideally Power BI.
• Comfortable operating in a multi-vendor / multi-disciplinary environment and managing competing priorities.
