Job summary

CPA Australia is seeking an Integrated Scheduler for a multi-year transformation program in Melbourne. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule across projects, workstreams and vendors, ensuring baselines, milestones and critical paths are managed.

The role includes producing executive dashboards and partnering with leaders to drive informed decisions. You will bring advanced scheduling tool capabilities (MS Project, OnePlan, Primavera P6) and experience with Agile, Waterfall

Qualifications

• Integrated scheduling, program planning, project controls or portfolio planning experience in large transformations.
• Advanced use of enterprise scheduling tools.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple projects, vendors and stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule consolidating schedules across projects, workstreams and vendors.
• Maintain baselines, milestones, stage gates and key delivery checkpoints.
• Identify and manage dependencies, critical paths, delivery constraints and risks.
• Analyse schedule performance, variances and forecasts with recovery options.
• Produce executive dashboards and reporting for program leadership and governance forums.
• Partner with leaders and vendors to support integrated planning and decision making.
• Provide specialist advice on scheduling methodologies and planning techniques.
