Job summary

Bupa Dental is seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler for a 6-month fixed-term role, based in Sydney or Melbourne. The role reports to the Senior Program and Change Manager and combines multiple workstreams into a single, reliable master schedule covering milestones, dependencies and deliverables.

You will own and maintain the integrated master schedule, consolidate cross-workstream timelines, monitor risks and prepare governance-ready updates for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in program or project scheduling within large, complex or regulated environments.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, including critical path analysis and scenario modelling.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and maintain the integrated master schedule using MS Project.
• Consolidate schedules across multiple workstreams for a clear view of progress.
• Identify and monitor critical paths and schedule risks with mitigation actions.
• Prepare regular schedule reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate with project managers, workstream leads and external stakeholders on planning.
