Job summary

Bupa ANZ is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to own and harmonise the integrated master schedule for Health Services, supporting a major organisational transition. The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and reports to the Senior Program and Change Manager.

You will consolidate multiple workstreams, monitor critical paths, and deliver regular leadership updates. Experience in large, regulated environments and healthcare delivery greatly helps, with PRINCE2/MSP/PMP as advantages.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule using Microsoft Project Professional, ensuring milestones and dependencies are captured.
• Consolidate schedules across multiple workstreams for a clear view of progress.
• Identify critical paths and schedule risks; recommend mitigation actions.
• Prepare regular schedule reports and progress updates for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers, workstream leads and external stakeholders to validate progress.
• Undertake scenario analysis and schedule impact assessments to support planning decisions.
• Support consistent scheduling practices across the program.
• Ensure updates align with approved program changes and milestones.
