Randstad in Melbourne seeks a highly experienced Master Scheduler for a 3-6 month contract to drive the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and program governance. You will own scheduling integrity, critical path analysis, and forecasting to inform executive decisions and transparency across the enterprise.
You will consolidate complex project and workstream schedules into a single program view, manage inter-project dependencies, and support governance forums with schedule insights.
Master Scheduler is currently required for a 3- 6 months contract to join a high-impact digital transformation program. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and assuring the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support enterprise-wide transparency and effective program governance.
Working within the Program Management Office (PMO), you will act as the single source of truth for program scheduling, providing critical path analysis and forecasting that directly supports executive decision-making.
To be successful in this position you must be a highly experienced Master Scheduler who has developed master schedules for large and complex transformation programs.
