Job summary

Hitech Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler in Canberra, ACT to design and implement an integrated program scheduling and resource management framework. You will work with Project Managers, technical specialists, operational leaders and executives to improve resource planning, prioritisation, forecasting and delivery outcomes.

• Lead integrated scheduling, resource planning & forecasting
• Support complex security infrastructure delivery programs

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Master Scheduler to design and implement an integrated program scheduling and resource management framework. You will work closely with Project Managers, technical specialists, operational leaders and executives to improve resource planning, prioritisation, forecasting and delivery outcomes. The successful Master Scheduler will be offered a contract until 31 January 2027 with the view to be extended, based in Barton, ACT.

The successful Master Scheduler will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded master schedules.
• Establish resource planning, forecasting and scheduling frameworks.
• Conduct capacity analysis and identify resource constraints and risks.
• Develop scenario models, dashboards and executive reporting.

The successful Master Scheduler will have experience in the following:

• Complex master scheduling across large programs.
• Advanced Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling platforms.
• Workforce planning, resource management and capacity forecasting.
