Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Master Scheduler for a 3-6 month contract to lead the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a high-impact digital transformation program. Based in Australia, you will consolidate complex project schedules, identify critical paths, and provide forecasting that informs executive decisions.

You will work within the PMO to standardize scheduling practices, manage dependencies, and contribute to governance forums with data-driven insights and actionable metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience developing master schedules for large transformation programs.
• Proven ability to support PMO governance and executive decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement across technology teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Planning: consolidate project and workstream schedules into a unified program view.
• Dependency Management: map inter-project dependencies and perform critical path analysis.
• Governance & Reporting: provide schedule insights and forecasting to governance forums and executives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with Program Managers, tech teams, vendors, and executives to drive disciplined delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: develop templates and governance artefacts to lift planning maturity.
