Job summary

Jellyfish Group in Australia seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Martech projects within the Client Services team. This maternity-cover role (4 days a week) focuses on delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope, reporting to the Project Director.

You will manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring revenue and utilization are tracked and documented monthly. Remote-friendly hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of PM experience in a Digital Agency; analytics or martech exposure is advantageous.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple projects and reporting to stakeholders.
• Proficient in PM tools for planning and tracking.
• Experience managing project financials within budgets.
• Knowledge/certifications in GA, GA Ads, GMP.
• Strong time management, organization, autonomy, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure goals, scope, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with client management to define goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and teams.
• Apply PM fundamentals such as critical path and dependencies.
• Provide revenue and utilization insights on a cadence.
• Escalate issues and manage risks with guidance.
