Job summary

Jellyfish Australia seeks an Insights Analyst to lead digital measurement, analysis, and client-facing storytelling. You will oversee performance interpretations, build models, and collaborate with Data Scientists to drive strategic recommendations in a dynamic agency environment.

The role covers measurement design and modelling, with line management under the Senior Martech Director. Expect remote flexibility up to 60% and a focus on profitability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or digital marketing, with 5+ years in leadership in an agency setting.
• Experience across measurement methods: MMM, MTA, incrementality and related methods.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts or data scientists with technical review.
• Advanced SQL and BigQuery, including complex queries over raw event data.
• Statistical grounding in regression, time series, uncertainty and model diagnostics.
• Models building focus (MMM) and not just operating existing models.
• Experience designing measurement, including incrementality and geo testing.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on digital measurement and analysis, with strong ecosystem knowledge.
• Renew GA360 licences for clients you work on.
• Identify opportunities within Martech capability for clients.
• Contribute to business growth, client pitches, project scoping, and partnerships.
• Create and expand case studies aligned to industry verticals.
• Drive project profitability and resource efficiency.
• Create original content to showcase Jellyfish expertise to clients and partners.
• Coach and empower Analytics team members.
• Manage region's commercials: revenue, profitability, headcount, billability.
