Job summary

Zohorecruit in Melbourne is seeking an AI-first Project Manager to lead and oversee Marketing Technology projects and retainers. You will translate clients' business goals into strategic plans, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven decisions and delivering value-driven outcomes.

This role requires confidence in using AI to create efficiencies in project management workflows, and strong client-facing communication to manage cross-functional teams across MarTech, Data Analytics, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years in project management and 1+ years in Marketing Technology or related industry.
Experience in service agencies preferred.
PM certification preferred (PMP/Prince2/Agile).
Proven track record delivering complex projects in MarTech, Data Analytics, and Consultancy.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience applying AI to PM workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Marketing Technology projects and retainers.
Collaborate with MarTech, Data & Decisioning, and Strategic Consultants teams.
Develop project scopes, timelines and budgets; monitor risks and issues.
Serve as main client contact; maintain strong relationships and clear communication.
Apply strategic approach to project delivery aligning with long-term goals.
Drive change management; enable client training and adoption of new processes.
Support Leadership Team with insights for growth and continuous improvement.
