Job summary

Jellyfish is seeking a Project Manager to drive Martech projects in Australia, joining the Client Services team. The role, a maternity cover on a full-time fixed-term contract from January 2027 to August 2027, focuses on on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client collaboration.

You will manage plans, risk, and revenue forecasting while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet project goals and KPIs. Flexible remote work is available up to 60% of days.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management within a Digital Agency.
• Clear understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple consecutive projects and reporting to multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools for timeline planning and project tracking.
• Experience overseeing project financials with budget adherence.
• Knowledge or certifications in GA, Google Ads and GMP.
• Strong skills in time management, organisation, autonomous work and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals and scope.
• Collaborate with Client Management to define goals, deliverables and success metrics.
• Maintain project plans, timelines and risk assessments.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and teams.
• Apply project management fundamentals (schedule, dependencies, critical path).
• Provide revenue and utilisation insights and forecast monthly milestones.
