Job summary

Kmart Group is seeking a Senior Martech Manager on a fixed term contract to lead marketing technology strategy and Braze stewardship. You’ll drive integration with Tealium, Snowflake, Branch.io and Contentful, shaping data flows and consent controls while partnering with Marketing, Digital and Product teams across Australia.

You’ll influence vendors, define scalable solutions and mentor teams to deliver high-impact customer engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise marketing tech and CRM or digital platform capabilities.
• Strong hands-on and strategic Braze expertise including setup and governance.
• Knowledge of Tealium, Snowflake, Branch.io, Contentful and Bynder; Salesforce advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve marketing technology strategy with focus on customer engagement.
• Own Braze configuration, data structures, events, journeys and health.
• Lead Braze integration with Tealium, Snowflake and other platforms.
• Establish governance, standards and operating rhythms across Martech ecosystem.
• Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Product, Data, Architecture, Privacy and Security teams.
• Manage vendors, SLAs and delivery milestones for tech initiatives.
