Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate Martech projects for clients in Australia. The role reports to the Project Director within the Client Services team and focuses on delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

It is a fixed-term maternity cover from January 2027 to August 2027, with up to 60% remote work and flexible hours. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ PM experience in a digital agency, solid PM methodologies, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Project Management experience within a Digital Agency is advantageous.
• Clear understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience leading multiple projects and reporting to multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools for timeline planning and tracking.
• Experience overseeing project financials within budgetary constraints.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and GMP.
• Strong time management, organisation, autonomous work, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals and project scope.
• Collaborate with Client Management to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Maintain project control and meet all project control KPIs, identifying out-of-scope items and root causes of issues.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and teams to promote transparency and trust.
• Demonstrate comprehension of project management fundamentals and apply them without guidance.
• Provide revenue and utilisation insights for projects to align with scope and budget on a weekly or monthly cadence.
• Escalate issues with the client, coordinate with Client Manager, and address low-priority risks independently.
• Forecast revenue monthly to align with delivery milestones.
