DiDi Global's ANZ Marketplace team in Australia is hiring an Operations/Business Analyst to optimise the ride-hailing marketplace across Australia and New Zealand. You will diagnose issues, identify root causes, and back recommendations with data and business judgment.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk and other teams across time zones to drive delivery. Requires a quantitative degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus strong English and Chinese communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above with quantitative focus.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis or strategy.
• Strong business sense and ability to break down ambiguous problems.
• Proactive learner who can progress with incomplete information.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the ride-hailing marketplace in Australia and NZ and propose optimisation recommendations backed by business judgment.
• Break down rider experience and operations issues into clear, actionable problems.
• Use data to support decisions, monitor metrics, and validate experiments.
• Capture conclusions and methodology in the team’s knowledge base for scalable learning.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Risk and other teams across ANZ time zones to drive delivery.
