Job summary

Harvey Norman's Domayne division in Australia is seeking an experienced administrator to support the Product & Marketing team from the Homebush West corporate office. You will prepare and execute marketing material across catalogues, online content, and editorial proofing, manage promotions, and assist with franchisee meetings and category conferences.

You'll liaise with suppliers and key stakeholders, maintain product data, and contribute to seasonal ranges and forecasting while coordinating

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in administrative or coordinator roles.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional offers, samples and compliance reports with suppliers.
• Maintain the product database and QA processes.
• Prepare product assortment plans and forecast trends.
• Organise Steering Committee meetings and category conferences.
• Communicate weekly/monthly product news and recommended data changes to stores.
• Maintain intranet and liaise with Online franchisee regarding website ranges.
• Coordinate photography, stakeholders and schedules.
• Monitor competitor activity and advise on advertising and product content.
