Job summary

Anglican Community Services in Sydney is seeking a Marketing Manager for New Developments to drive the marketing and launch of premium senior living projects. You will shape the brand, place narrative and customer propositions, delivering campaigns across digital, print, events and sales channels.

With 6+ years in marketing and a track record in property development or retirement living, you will build the customer journey from engagement to sell-down and lead assets like CGIs and masterplans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience in property development or related sectors.
• Experience with off-the-plan apartments or retirement living is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to launch developments and go-to-market campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Shape place branding, positioning, naming and customer propositions for major new developments.
• Deliver go-to-market campaigns across digital, print, events, and sales channels.
• Build the customer journey from EOI to launch, sales activation, completion and move-in.
• Lead development marketing assets including CGIs, renders, masterplans, brochures, and digital content.
• Create outstanding display suites and sales centre experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, architects, project teams and agencies.
• Use CRM and funnel insights to optimise enquiries, appointments and conversions.
• Bring strong commercial discipline to campaign and development marketing performance.
