Job summary

BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care in Norwest NSW is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager - New Developments & Growth to lead marketing strategy, positioning and launches of new retirement living and aged care communities across Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop integrated campaigns, drive enquiries and occupancy, and collaborate with Development, Sales and Operations to bring projects to market from feasibility to launch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience marketing new developments and large-scale projects.
• Experience across paid media, digital marketing, content, CRM, marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated project marketing strategies.
• Drive enquiry generation, lead nurturing and occupancy outcomes.
• Lead multi channel campaigns across digital, CRM, content, media and events.
• Partner with development and sales teams on go-to-market strategies.
• Manage agencies, suppliers and project marketing budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver commercial insights.
• Influence senior stakeholders across complex, cross functional projects.
• Lead multiple concurrent development projects at varying stages of delivery.
