Bring 6+ years of marketing, with property development experience, and strong capabilities in digital, CRM, data, and stakeholder management to drive acquisition and sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ marketing experience in property or related sectors.
• Experience with off‑the‑plan or new developments is preferred.
• Ability to turn insights into growth and manage multi‑stakeholder campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Bring Anglicare’s new developments to life, shaping brand, place and proposition from early engagement to launch and sell‑down.
• Lead integrated campaigns, digital and CRM‑led customer acquisition to build market awareness and demand.
• Translate customer insights into measurable growth and optimize the marketing mix.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery across projects.
