Ganley Group Hospitality Purveyors Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Ganley Group and its six venues in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. You will develop and deliver strategies to strengthen our brands, grow audiences and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Working closely with the Social Media and Content Manager, Graphic Designer and venue teams, you will oversee brand management, campaigns, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, partnerships, PR

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong brand, campaigns and marketing expertise.
• Experience with paid media, CRM, email marketing, websites and analytics.
• Strong commercial mindset linking marketing to business outcomes.
• Experience managing creative teams, agencies and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated campaigns across brand, digital, social, CRM and PR and venue channels.
• Manage positioning and development of Ganley Group and venue brands.
• Manage digital marketing across websites, paid media, SEO and digital customer acquisition.
• Develop targeted EDM campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Identify and manage relevant brand partnerships, collaborations and activations.
• Lead, direct and manage the Marketing team.
• Track campaign performance, customer acquisition, bookings, enquiries, website activity and marketing ROI.
