Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Marketing Leader to bring brands to life across a diverse portfolio of restaurants and venues in Brisbane and Melbourne. This hands-on role delivers creative campaigns, activations and initiatives that drive awareness, guest engagement and visitation.

The role requires strong organisational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably strategic/group level.
• Exposure to hospitality and premium brands is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and CRM.
• Experience leading multi-brand marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and activations aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Manage the marketing calendar across digital, social, email, websites and other channels.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, budgets and deliverables with internal teams and agencies.
• Develop engaging content, assets and digital communications.
• Ensure venues’ websites and promotional materials are up to date.
• Analyse guest insights and market trends to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership and venue teams to align marketing with operations and commercial priorities.
