Hassett Group in Melbourne is seeking a Marketing & Content Manager to elevate the group's digital presence, engage customers and drive venue-level marketing initiatives. You will own content creation, social media management, digital campaigns and local area marketing across multiple hospitality venues, developing engaging content and targeted campaigns to attract customers and drive engagement.

• Minimum two years' experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
• Previous hospitality marketing experience, especially local area marketing, is highly regarded.
• Strong content creation, copywriting and social media management skills.
• Creative flair with branding and visual storytelling.
• Graphic design capabilities and experience producing engaging marketing assets.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and digital advertising.
• Experience planning, executing and analysing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing membership or customer loyalty programmes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media or a related discipline.
• Flexibility to visit venues across metropolitan Melbourne and occasionally regional Victoria.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create compelling content for social media, websites, email marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, driving audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Plan and implement local area marketing initiatives tailored to individual hospitality venues.
• Develop creative marketing materials, digital assets and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support SEO, Google Ads and digital marketing initiatives to increase reach and visibility.
• Assist with membership and customer engagement programmes.
• Collaborate with venue managers, internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay ahead of hospitality, consumer and social media trends to develop fresh and relevant marketing ideas.
