Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale residential/mixed-use or master-planned developments.
• Advanced feasibility modelling and investment assessment capability.
• Strong governance, risk and procurement management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in mentoring high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance social impact with commercial outcomes.
• Experience across acquisition through to handover of developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex development projects across the full lifecycle.
• Drive feasibility modelling, investment analysis and commercial decisions.
• Develop and execute strategies aligned to community needs and organisational goals.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contract management across projects.
• Manage governance, risk, compliance and sustainability practices.
