Job summary

National Workforce Pty Ltd in Moorebank is seeking an experienced Administrator to join a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will support inventory, purchasing, reporting and site administration in a busy operation.

You will handle SAP purchase orders, stock records and documentation while maintaining accurate records and processing invoices and quotations. The role is a temporary contract with full-time hours, onsite parking, and training on GMP/HACCP.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• SAP experience with purchase orders and goods receipting.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and POs through SAP.
• Manage inventory counts and stock records.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and SAP.
• Maintain paper and digital records.
• Process invoices, POs and quotations.
• Source quotes and goods as required.
• Support general site administration and documentation.
• Assist with meeting minutes, scanning and filing.
• Support site inductions and other admin duties.
• Manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
