Job summary

NW People in Moorebank seeks two Warehouse Administrators for full-time, temporary contracts at a high-volume site. The role focuses on inventory, purchasing, reporting and site administration within an on-site industrial environment.

You will handle SAP purchase orders, maintain stock records, and prepare reports using Excel. Strong MS Office skills and prior admin experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience
• SAP experience, particularly purchase orders and goods receipting
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and purchase orders through SAP.
• Manage inventory counts and maintain stock records.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and SAP.
• Maintain accurate paper and digital records.
• Process invoices, purchase orders and quotations.
• Source quotes and goods as required.
• Support general office administration and documentation.
• Assist with meeting minutes, scanning and filing.
• Support site inductions and other admin requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
