LANGTONS, Australia''s premier fine wine marketplace, is seeking a Private Client Manager in Barangaroo to act as the personal link between LANGTONS and our high-net-worth clients. You will nurture relationships, tailor wine and luxury experiences, and represent the brand at exclusive events.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, 3+ years in B2C sales, solid wine knowledge (WSET preferred), and proven CRM/eCommerce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2C-facing sales role with a track record of client growth.
• Fluent spoken Mandarin is required.
• Solid wine knowledge; WSET qualifications preferred.
• CRM and eCommerce platforms experience for personalized service.
• Impeccable presentation and discretion with high-net-worth clients.

Responsabilités

• Build deep, trusted relationships to achieve sales targets across channels.
• Prospect, onboard and nurture new high-net-worth clients for LANGTONS Client Services.
• Match clients with fine wines, rare products and exclusive events.
• Support auction business with bidding and logistics for rare bottles.
• Represent LANGTONS at client events with expert product and market knowledge.
