Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting is recruiting a Wealth Management Client Service Manager for a 12-month contract in Sydney. The role focuses on equity markets with native Mandarin language skills to service HNW/UHNW clients and Private Client Advisors in a high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of financial advice processes, markets and industry trends, and will have RG146 qualifications. English and Mandarin fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or stockbroking preferred.
• RG146 certification or studying towards it is required.
• Knowledge of financial advice process, markets and industry trends.
• Ability to handle high-volume, time-critical client queries with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate administrative client queries and client onboarding.
• Maintain client accounts in line with AML/CTF, KYC regulations.
• Manage IPOs and corporate action allocations.
• Prepare client valuations, assets allocations and reporting.
• Assist with client asset transfers domestically and internationally.
• Process and monitor stock settlements and follow up on funds.
• Plan and assist Asia Practice client events and translations.
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and support departments.
