Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Genuine interest in private credit and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems.
• Prepare and coordinate client communications, including notices and updates.
• Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with new client onboarding, including AML/KYC documentation.
• Help prepare financial reports and analyze data for client reporting.
• Research industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service.
• Support continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service.
