Qualifications

• Experience in operations/logistics/supply chain, customer service, or admin roles.
• Ability to analyse data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel for reporting, reconciliations and spreadsheet management.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain national claims policy balancing customer experience and cost.
• Communicate policy changes clearly across the business.
• Build and maintain a compliance monitoring framework to safeguard against payout risk.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on claims rate and value.
• Analyse claims data to identify weak points and target improvements.
• Lead design, rollout and evaluation of claims improvement initiatives.
• Own per parcel claims cost and claims rate targets and report against benchmarks.
• Map end-to-end claims SOP to surface inefficiencies.
• Support cross-functional teams with claims queries and ensure policy interpretation.
