Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the customer service team, handling enquiries via phone and email and resolving complaints and service escalations.
• Investigate delivery delays, lost freight, and shipment issues, coordinating with operations and transport teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up outstanding cases through to completion.
• Performance report analysis, identify recurring issues, drive service improvements, and support the team's day-to-day performance.
