Job summary

M3 Integrated Services is seeking a capable front-of-house receptionist to warmly welcome residents, visitors and contractors, and to provide polished front-of-house and concierge services on site. You will communicate in Mandarin and English, manage access and inquiries, support deliveries, and maintain logs and incident records with professionalism.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, possesses strong customer service and communication skills, and presents professionally.

Qualifications

• Fluent or highly proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well presented, professional and approachable.
• Can remain calm and professional when dealing with different situations.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous concierge, hotel, residential, reception or customer service experience — preferred but not essential.
