Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive to drive new business in Sydney. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting beauty and wellness businesses to join Fresha’s platform.

Strong Mandarin and English proficiency is essential, with a proven sales track record and an ambitious, coachable mindset. The role is based at our Sydney Kent Street Office with opportunities for growth as Fresha expands across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency required for sales conversations and cross-team communication.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong hunter mindset with ability to identify and create opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Build a strong pipeline through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Demonstrate Fresha value to salons, spas and wellness businesses.
• Maintain disciplined CRM records of activity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding.
