Business Development Executive (Sydney) - Mandarin Speaking
Fresha is the leading AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry, giving businesses everything they need to run smarter, grow faster and build stronger client relationships.
In May 2026, Fresha secured an $80M growth investment from KKR at a valuation of $1B, officially reaching unicorn status and bringing total funding raised to $285M. Already profitable, Fresha is using this investment to accelerate global expansion and drive the next generation of AI and product innovation.
Today, Fresha operates at global scale, with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Our platform is trusted by 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses across 120 countries, with more than 1.5 billion appointments booked to date.
Our mission is simple: help beauty and wellness businesses grow by giving them the technology they need to attract clients, manage their operations and run their business in one place.
We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.
We're looking for a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Executive to join our Commercial team in Sydney, working at our Kent Street Office (Very close to Town Hall and Wynyard stations). With our growth though we will be looking to move into an even more swanky brand new office very soon!
You’ll be responsible for growing Fresha's presence in the market by identifying, engaging and winning new businesses onto the platform. You’ll own the sales journey from prospecting through to close, helping salons, spas and other beauty and wellness businesses understand how Fresha can support their operations and growth.
Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for this role. Mandarin is essential as you’ll regularly prospect, present, demonstrate Fresha and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking businesses within your territory, while professional-level English is required for communication across Fresha and the wider Commercial team.
We’re hiring now for multiple start dates across December and January.
If you’re looking to secure your next role before the year wraps up, this is a great opportunity to get ahead. While many companies slow down hiring over the summer period and pick things back up in February, Fresha is continuing to interview and hire now.
That means you can head into the new year with your next role already secured, ready to start either in December or January.
At Fresha, we value potential as well as experience. If you meet the core requirements of the role but don't match every preferred criterion, we'd still encourage you to apply.
This is a great time to join Fresha as we continue growing across ANZ.
We already support hundreds of thousands of beauty and wellness professionals around the world, but there is still a huge opportunity to bring more businesses onto Fresha locally.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a direct role in that growth. The businesses you win become part of Fresha’s platform and marketplace, so you can clearly see the impact of your work.
