Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a Sales Associate for a world-class trading company in Sydney CBD. You will promote products, develop client relationships, train customers to use the trading system and drive market promotions via phone and network.

An FX-focused role requiring Mandarin fluency, a minimum of 1 year in FX sales, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills. Full-time position with ambitious targets and positive, self-driven attitude.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration or related majors.
Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Sales Representative servicing in foreign exchange industry.
Excellent telephone communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and abilities.
Full-time employment.

Responsibilities

Promoting client’s products and services, finding and developing customers
Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure they receive the outstanding services
Training customers to operate the company trading system
Communicating and introducing market promotions to customers via phone and network
Coping with Business development and expansion of client investment funds
Consolidating problems encountered by customers
