Arrow Group Recruitment seeks a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Manager to drive growth in new markets and partnerships. You will turn warm leads into opportunities, travel to meet clients, and coordinate with product, marketing and Asia teams to deliver tailored Proposals and close deals.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language fluency essential and used in client meetings.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to close deals.
• Experience in developing new markets and partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop warm leads through networking, outreach and events.
• Identify new markets and distribution opportunities.
• Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
• Manage proposals and approvals through to close.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, operations and Asia teams.
• Attend customer meetings and trade shows; regular travel required.
