Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Business Development Manager with foreign exchange experience to join our client’s team. You will develop and maintain client relationships, identify FX opportunities, and grow the business through a consultative sales process, while managing onboarding and CRM updates to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will play a key role in expanding FX capabilities, building strong client networks, and driving revenue growth

Qualifications

University or college degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel databases and CRM systems.
Previous experience in outbound B2B phone marketing or sales.
Substantiated interest in FX services and products, the foreign exchange markets and the SME business sector.
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining client relationships.
Identifying business opportunities through sourcing prospects and evaluating their FX needs.
Identifying new leads for expansion and growing businesses through FX.
Managing client relationships via CRM and ensuring information is updated.
Selling client’s solution using a consultative approach with a 5-step sales process.
Managing client onboarding per regional requirements and handover.
Ensuring internal processes and SLAs are followed for a premium customer experience.
Reporting weekly sales numbers to Regional Manager and updating the team.
