Australian Venue Co. is seeking a reliable Duty Manager to join the leadership team at a popular Mackay venue. You will oversee daily floor operations, lead and support staff, and uphold high guest-service standards.

The role requires hands-on hospitality leadership, a current RSA, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while managing guest feedback and operational compliance. The position offers career progression across AVC venues and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hospitality role.
• Current RSA certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused during busy periods.

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations
• Lead, support and motivate the team during your shift
