Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers to join the team at the Esplanade Hotel in Queenscliff. We’re looking for hands-on leaders who enjoy being on the floor, supporting their team and keeping service running smoothly.

If you know how to stay calm when it gets busy and bring good energy to every shift, we’d love to meet you. This role suits experienced hospitality leaders who can mentor staff and maintain guest satisfaction across food and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
• Practical approach and interest in developing people.
• Current Victorian RSA.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
