Join the Project Management Office (PMO) and play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and programs across the NSW Police Force. As a Manager, Management Accounting, you will provide strategic financial management services across an assigned portfolio of programs, supporting effective financial governance and informed decision making. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial performance reporting and analysis for a range of projects and programs, partnering with stakeholders to monitor financial outcomes, identify risks and opportunities, and support the efficient allocation of resources to achieve program objectives.
Working closely with project and program leaders, senior stakeholders and executive management, you will provide expert financial advice, monitor financial performance, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and deliver insights that drive accountability and value for money. Your leadership will strengthen financial governance and management accounting practices, ensuring projects and programs are financially sustainable, aligned with organisational priorities, and positioned to achieve their intended outcomes and benefits.
