Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering significant change programs (preferably with a human resources services focus).

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch's service delivery change agenda and transformation.
• Design, implement and sustain transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Provide expert strategic and operational change advice and capability uplift.
• Influence stakeholders and shape direction to deliver sustainable outcomes.
